Close family like environment. Easy to make friends and the jobs are exciting. Upper management cares about its employees. You can see the affects of your work

Cons

Not a huge company so might not get paid as much as some other places. If you don't like getting your hands dirty this isn't the place for you

they are a very good company to work for. the bosses are nice and will work with you on just about anything.

Cons

never really fond anything bad about this company just very small miner stuff like you work 12 hr days, 3 days one week, 4 days the next, you change from days to night every 4 months. other then that there is nothing bad
