Decent pace, mostly decent people, okay benefits, okay schedule.

Cons

Shift differential for nights is a joke. Upper management is super disconnected from the actual day-to-day and do things that make no sense. Admin are subject to a 3%raise yearly while floor employees received their first raise since 2022 and it was .75 cents.
