We were working with global and top notch brands. The associates and managers were really good people, helping me with everything.
Cons
I was exposed to psychological violence. The directors were mobbing juniors. They were shouting, insulting and humiliating us freely in front of everybody. And when I tried to talk to my director about this, she said this is normal and I should get used to it. Also, I was exposed to discrimination because of my family's religional status. My director insulted me and my family in front of everyone. The CEO, despite seeing everything, acted as if nothing is happening. I tried to talk to her and told her that the directors are mobbing and harrassing us. The only thing she said to me is that I should be more respectful as they are so much older and experienced than me. I even wrote about these on our global feedback survey but nothing happened. I honestly can't believe how unprofessional these people are. I strongly suggest you to stay away from this toxic environment.
