Pros

Good people who care about each other and the work. Great opportunity to learn a lot across PR and communications. Great if you're wanting to learn a lot quickly, and it set me up for great habits for future roles.

Cons

Constantly busy and burnt out. Constantly felt like my brain never received a break during the work day, and it was near-impossible to take a real lunch consistently.

Pros

Team Collaboration is good. You get a chance to work with the brilliant minds in the industry.

Cons

Wages are low as compared to industry standard. Promotional cycle is slow despite getting good ratings. Overall Growth Cycle is slow especially after the Omnicom merger.
