Pros

Decent benefits and good people to work with. Good environment and love that i can work from home most days. If we get to continue working from home it can be a good work life balance but if they make us go into the office more than the work/life balance can be thrown our the window.

Cons

We get monthly reimbursement money but based on our economy i think it needs to be larger or paid after taxes so we get more of the full amount. It's supposed to be $60 but we really only get like $34 after taxes. I also feel really underpaid for what i do and how many hours i work. We don't get raises and promotions as often as our DC office. Feel there is some favoritism going on.
