Pros

Great brands to work on; big, well-funded programs, extremely smart junior and mid-level professional staff. This agency really knows how to hire the best and brightest, especially at the junior/mid levels, and its intern program is superlative.

Cons

Lots of internal politics; visible and frequent favoritism in many of the practices. Spent way too much time on nonsense politics. It's an agency that is now driven by cronyism and who you know.

Pros

Great work life/life integration (not balance). Understanding when family needs to come first.

Cons

Many examples of playing favorites when one rule doesn't apply to all in the office. Promotions held off for some while given to others with lower experience, as an example.
