Pros

Smart, strategic, creative colleagues. Great training ground for entry level (but expect to pay in brutal hours and sad salaries). Fun work environment. Interesting clients, often with the budgets to execute solid campaigns. Exciting working for a global firm that is growing at the pace or above the industry.

Cons

Lack of work-life balance. Lots of corporate bureaucracy and drama among senior level management.
