Pros

-You get to work with a lot of smart and talented people -It's a growing company with a lot of potential -There are a lot of opportunities across the network to grow yourself professionally -Entrepreneurial atmosphere -Excellent client roster

Cons

-Upper management tends to be extremely busy, so it can be tough to get face time with them -There isn't much in the way of corporate structure on the digital side -The digital team is still struggling to identify their niche, but they seem to be getting close -The hours can be long -Salary tends to be on the lower side
