Pros

There is an opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients across different sectors. Overall they are great people to work with. Some good training options

Cons

You sometimes have to maneuver through the organisation to get things done. It can be bureaucratic at times and you aren't always recognized for a job well done

Pros

For new media and communication graduates, there is no better place to hone your craft and learn at an exceptionally fast pace, to multitask and understand the various businesses of client industries than at an international PR agency such as WS. For those seasoned communication experts depends on what they are looking for, from becoming AD to regional or international portfolios. Most agencies offer a similar work experience

Cons

If you intend to work here ensure you are either single so you can put in the long hours of documentation, drafting, editing, speaking to clients across the region, and pitching for new business. Otherwise ensure you learn to multi task exceptionally well and gather a strong support team around you.
