      Pros

      At a time of high disruption within the communications industry, Weber Shandwick seems to be more focused on how it can adapt and improve than resist change. And while most agencies seem to only pay lip-service to the concept that their people are their greatest asset, Weber actually treats its people well, listens to great ideas, and empowers people to do more.

      Cons

      It's a very big agency, which isn't the best fit for everyone.

      Pros

      - Stellar leadership team - Top-notch clients - Vast network with significant resources - Great people - Excellent growth opportunities - 1:1 career growth management - Very solid internship program

      Cons

      A work/life balance is highly encouraged, but like any other agency, things can get a little hectic at times. Opportunities are definitely worthwhile if you're looking to excel in your career as a PR professional.

      Pros

      In a nutshell, I'd like to say that Weber Shandwick is a very nice place to work. They do a great job and really care about doing the best work possible for their clients. They treat their employees fairly and with a great deal of respect. Work/life balance is always something they strive for, especially if you have a family. Coworkers and managers are great to work with and I feel that I've really learned a lot from my co-workers diverse professional backgrounds. Great agency - probably the best in the area - and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

      None - it's really a great place to work!
