Pros

Great clients Partakes in a lot of cool initiatives Catered lunches An environment that celebrates creativity

Cons

High turnover. Lots of people laid off, sometimes within three months The management is complex and chaotic. People in meetings all day, and only start working after work hours. Work is done all around the clock. A lot of doubling up on simple tasks.

Pros

No pros at all, everything was horrible

Cons

People there are as OLD as the furniture who are never open to new ideas and fresh concepts. Always stuck in their old ways, it was kind of like a dictatorship. That's why no one new ever stayed longer than a few months
