Pros

In general, the people at TWSC are great to work with and there's a strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues. When things are good you have a say in the projects you work on which means you can work on things that you're passionate about or want to grow in

Cons

The "people first" culture is not evident. Like most companies, TWSC puts the dollar bill first. People who bring the money in get promoted even if they have a documented history of toxic behavior. So-called benefits like flexible time off and summer Fridays are treated like precious jewels you have to overwork in order to obtain. Leaders say they prioritize mental health in the workplace but then expect you to work at all hours and guilt trip you for taking time off.
