Pros

- MGMT does a lot to court favor with employees - Lots of in-office incentives - Creative team is increasingly doing better and more varied work than local reputation has historically indicates. Not just policy anymore. - 'Flexible Time Off' has been a very nice perk since its introduction. - Office geenrally tries very hard to respect work/life balance (thoguh it has limits there)

Cons

- requires use of impractical systems for design purposes such as broken server spaces and the ever problematic Microsoft Teams - Some tension between departments; Creative team can be kept at arms length from the client and account teams can overstep by suggesting creative solutions that the creative team only hears about later. - Raises and promotions are determined offisite by people who you will never get to negotiate with or speak to. - Annual raises do not meet Cost of Living increases
