I can write up to morning about cons here. Just bunch of delusional people working here thinking that they are moving the world.
let's start with the company itself first. just think about a good company in your mind. what are the characteristics of it? paying good? work-life balance? good management? good teammates? good benefits (bonus, raise, stock, ...)? professional behavior?
well, you are not getting any of these here! none! not saying everything was bad here like 100% bad. it's 95% bad! if you are happy with that 5% then good for you. There are numerous times that are given tasks way after business hours and you are said to finish it by the end of the day! you may ask why? because the people working face to face with clients are some delusional people who have no idea about how A PROJECT can be done except trying to satisfy clients with unrealistic terms and deadlines. the pay is way below average here. there is no bonus. there is no raise. no package. there is nothing here. oh wait, you will get 10% discount on stock max 10% of your salary! great!
let's talk about Data Science team. The nightmare manager who thinks about herself and nothing else. just be prepared to blame for every single little things (not even your fault) just because she doesn't want to be blamed for her mistakes. just imagine having e manager who doesn't support you, doesn't mentor you, doesn't trust you. you are being used just that she can shine. you will have 0 work-life balance here and the thing is working after hours and on weekends is your duty! don't expect to be appreciated here. don't expect to grow here. there is 0 path for your growth here. you will realize it when it is too late. communication is 0 here. mentorship is 0 here. management don't have time for you at all.
Just stay away if you love your life!
