They treat their employees extremely well. Numerous perks and benefits given, including complimentary gym, frequent catered lunches and fun activities like air hockey and volleyball tournaments, rewards for participating in company carpool program and health initiatives, etc. Open, flat structure allows for entrepreneurial mindset and little red tape. The company, as well as its parent company, is growing very fast and seeing ever-increasing success.

Cons

On-board process is very informal to non-existent, although this may vary between departments.

To educate our employees on the company we have regular company tours so everyone can see what other departments do. Please ask your manager or benefits administrator about the details.

They have a great continental breakfast and are their lunch is on par and all for $5. They also include a gym that is open to employees as well.
