The pay is on the lower end of the spectrum for Software Engineers.

This was a strange experience. They promote this phony culture but everyone in management was so disingenuous. They micromanage A LOT, was condescending and they base everything off this Disc personality test. They were accusatory and even rude at times. And there wasn't much diversity. Everyone looked the same. They pry into your personal life and call in building a relationship but just use it against you so just make up some BS. ALL of your time is mapped out. Even the scheduled breaks were being taken away because they were running over in training classes. They even had this strange thing where you just sit on camera working and supervisors just sit and watch you and if your facial expression doesn't look like a Stepford wife you will get a nasty message from a supervisor, mind you no customers can see you. There is no room for advancement, you are constantly harassed on messenger by people you don't even know and you have to respond in timely fashion even tho you aren't supposed to multitask while working. You will get dinged for that. I can go on and on but this fake culture act was not for me.
