Massive rumor mill always running rampant. Management is inept at inner workings and problems brought up by employees. Higher management when brought issues give vague excuses and a thanks for bringing that up. They could care less long as the company still makes money. No fluids but water allowed, only in clear plastic bottles.

I was then moved between multiple positions in a way that made it difficult to keep up or succeed, despite being given basic training. The constant changes created instability rather than growth. When I asked for an explanation, I was given vague, scripted responses that did not address my concerns. The experience left me feeling undervalued and unsupported.
