      Pros

      Flexible schedule, good management. But that is about it. Not a lot of pros, I would stay away from applying to this place because they treat workers very poorly and overwork them.

      Cons

      Very limited staff. Expects you too do so many things. It is a multi-role, which requires you to multitask and do a lot of side activities. You have to focus on so many things.

      Trying to get ahold of float manager was hard and not having the numbers to get ahold of branches.
