Pros

Great work life balance and lots of time off. I never felt too burdened by work and never took my work home with me.

Cons

Limited room for growth and limited investment into its employees. Old-fashion company that is stuck in doing things the way it always has. Being headquartered in Waterbury isn't great and company makes it employees pay to park. Webster looks to save money at every turn.

Pros

It is a good company to work for. They care about their employees. The hours are very good and convenient.

Cons

Very sales oriented. If you don't like pushing people for products this is not the job for you. There are sales goals that must be met on a monthly and quarterly basis.
