Pros

Vacation time. People are cool. People try to make light good environments but spoiled by managers

Cons

Health benefits reduced every year (premiums go up, but also reduction of coverage). Political x100 , feels like wash dc. Most of IT has been outsourced. Helpdesk and Desktop support are out of a dilbert comic strip of how incompetent they are. Total used car sales ,an attitude , tells u what u want to hear.

Pros

Co-workers are great, 21 vacation days for new employees, 6% 401K match (if you do 8%), pretty good medical and dental

Cons

Job titles are pretty generic, therefor pay is pretty standard across the board. Not a lot of recognition for going above and beyond.

Pros

Friendly employees, great benefits including cheap health insurance, health savings account, and paid time off. The company seemed open to having employees move around jobs horizontally.

Cons

It's a bank so there's lot of compliance and red tape one has to deal with. It seems that a lot of people stay at the company which is good for consistent image however this may lead to less career advancement for younger employees of the firm.
