Webster promotes a strong value based company culture and lives up to it's mantra. The company has strong executive leadership and is financially secure.

Cons

This is not really a con, but the company is growing and very focused on performance so not a place for those who are complacent or change averse.

Great colleagues Work/life balance fantastic Encouraged to come up with new ideas; most were implemented

Was told coming in that layoffs don't happen...only to be laid off a year later Lots of change happening right now as they acquire Sterling bank Technology was abysmal
