      Great training when you come on board but in the branch they treat new employees like they are invisible.

      Pros

      Great work atmosphere. The staff was always helpful and understanding. And I traveled to 4 branches.

      Cons

      My co-worker at the time worked for the company for over 8 years, and excelled in her job. But was only a senior teller. With all that time and effort she put into the company she should have been a bank manager. Slow movement because the elders don't want to leave.
