Pros

Co-workers are great, 21 vacation days for new employees, 6% 401K match (if you do 8%), pretty good medical and dental

Cons

Job titles are pretty generic, therefor pay is pretty standard across the board. Not a lot of recognition for going above and beyond.

Pros

None. Bankers have no redeeming values. Too much "atta boy" acclimation for the higher ups. Pay and raises for rank and file stink. Used to be at least an okay place to work at; not anymore.

Cons

They'll hire anyone just to get a warm body. New customer service and teller personnel either are stupid or are not trained properly. Management doesn't take the time to get to know their employees or know what jobs people do. Have to write your own yearly reviews! You can''t express an opinion; must be sheep and follow the rules. Supervisors and managers don't stand up for you. Bankers are now several levels below lawyers and used car salesmen. Closer to hell than to heaven.
