Pros
I love what I do, and working remotely makes it a lot more efficient. And although there has been more pressure to return to the office, it has not yet become 5 days a week. I work in a great dynamic team, where there is an atmosphere of trust and respect. We all work for the same goals and chip in to accomplish them as needed. Middle management is experienced, respectful and appreciative.
Cons
The company is very profit- oriented and sometimes forgets that happy employees is the only way to a healthy profitability. You get what you pay for. Saving a few bucks on office supplies, milk and remote equipment may not cause an eidos of employees who are "stuck" there but may result in a loss of the talented ones.
