      The benefits we great and training was very beneficial

      Cons

      Everyone was cross trained meaning there were different positions but there was to many sharks with not enough fish. Supervisors would steal sales from bankers below thier position and managers would allow it. You did everything the managers did but wouldn’t receive the credit. Everyone was constantly fighting for desk time
