Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Webster Bank used to be work life balance, management that listened, caring for our customers, and great morale.

Cons

In the last 2 years the morale has significantly decreased, benefits were cut, implemented a return to work policy after saying we were doing great work from home and after losing a full year of life outside of work for a full core conversion, and poor pay.

Pros

Got paid $23/hr yo be a teller because nk one took the time to properly train me as a banker. So great pay for easy work.

Cons

Webster Bank is a company still stuck in 1983, but now trying to make leap and bohnds to the current times and technology. Training is poor and while they have tenured managers, they are part of the problem & turning off younger people with their stuck in their way attitudes and general coldness to the younger people.
