Honestly, none come to mind.

Cons

You won’t be challenged. Everyone that works there seems to have an attitude or is lazy, so you end up doing all of the work. Expect to be micromanaged for the most menial tasks. The computer software is extremely outdated. They expect you to be a salesman, with no proper training, strongly pushing highly inferior products. All of the managers I came across were extremely incompetent. The overall experience was depressing, draining, and a big waste of time.

Most branches typically have good working hours.

Cons

Lots of Politics and greater emphasis on Sales rather doing what's best for the customer. Unfortunately, this has become for most banks anyway. But it feels so unethical. At my branch, I witnessed the Branch Manager sell a credit card to a senior citizen that did not need it....all just because the branch needed to make quota. It just feels dirty and I'm glad I got out as fast I could. Also as Assistant Branch manager... you are nothing more than an overpaid teller. It's a j=
