Pros
The benefits were decent, remote work was available for certain employees (but not encouraged)
Cons
Management wasn't very supportive of remote employees, they hired new employees with less experience at the same or higher levels as people who had been employed there for years, promotions seemed to be reserved for in-office employees instead of remote, different sets of rules for different people within the organization - depending on how close you are with management /partners
