Pros

Above all the cool perks and benefits this company offers, I believe the best part of WeddingWire is the fact that most people genuinely wants to be the best and improve the organization every single day. In order for any company to be the best in their field, there will be growing pains, frustrations, and employees along the way who don't see the vision. We must learn from mistakes, part ways with those who hinder progress, and trust the process. Anyone who thinks this company isn't primed for greatness is foolish.

Cons

Okay, the 401k match is laughable. That's a lacking benefit that's very important to me personally, therefore I've decided to get creative with the way I save my money. A work/life balance is also a benefit that is very important to me. And I value the time I spend away from the office, which leads to increased productivity while at work. For every "con" there are at least two "pros" and it's just a simple matter of perspective and attitude. The haters need to lock it up.

- Extremely nice managers/co-workers - Exciting work environment - People care a lot about your success - Good hours/work-life balance - Learned a lot of useful skills - Marketing team is great

Cons

- not full-time as the intern, so didn't make as much money, but the people I worked under were extremely nice and I learned a lot of great skills and made good connections

Environment, unlimited PTO, the execs, ideal location for those who live in the city and rely on public transportation to get to work

Cons

Bonus structure, not much of an upward mobility, covers limited transportation costs
