      Pros

      Good compensation, breakfast every day, good sales incentives. All the execs are fairly down to earth and are commonly walking around the office saying hello to everyone!

      Cons

      Strict on sales goals, tons of turnover every month, they let a lot of good people go for not hitting quotas.

      The ability to get paid a lot of money in sales

      Cons

      Lack of transparency between upper management and lower management. Very obvious that there are favorites with upper management who get promoted and do not need to go through proper channels.

      Growing the sales team rapidly which means territories are getting split up but quotas are staying mostly the same. Saturated the market with sales reps
