Pros
Constantly new work and changes. Not always a pro or con, but if you're not ready for a constantly changing work setting, could be disconcerting. I love it. Great change from prior stuffy corporate settings. Very social coworkers with a lot of non-lame company events. No forced fun, just fun if you want it. I was looking for new challenges and a place that won't let me get bored. This is it! Start up culture, despite its size You get treated like responsible adults, and the culture is all about enabling you to do what you do best.
Cons
Fast growth and change make it difficult to keep track to what's going on sometimes, but it's part of a company that's doing well, I guess.
