      Pros

      Great culture- leadership cares about the employee voice and values feedback. Given tools and support needed to be successful in your role. Work hard but have fun while doing it!

      Cons

      Lots of flexibility and distractions if you can't manage yourself.

      Pros

      WeddingWire is an amazing place to work! I have been with the company for two years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience. I am valued by my superiors, compensated fairly, and recognized for my hard work. The environment is so much fun and I work with my best friends.

      Cons

      The job can be stressful at times (like any sales role) but it is nothing that can't be handled.

      Best Place I've Ever Worked

      Pros

      WeddingWire treats their employees the way they would like to be treated- fairly. I have never worked for a company (and I'm 31 so I have worked for a lot) that cares this much about their employees. Yes I'm in sales, yes sales is hard, yes sales can be stressful, but my success and my ability to do well in this position falls on MY shoulders. WeddingWire does everything they can on their end to support me and I can't imagine working anywhere else. They allow me to have an amazing work/life balance and have given me many opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Nothing except the general (and minimal) stress that comes with the territory of being in sales!
