Amazing start to my career!

Pros

From day one I was welcomed into my team. I had a ton of training, a supportive group of team mates and my manager has helped me get acclimated. There have been too many events to count - I've had the opportunity to meet new people, join groups and truly find my niche in this company.

Cons

None - it is seriously a challenge to find a con!

Pros

Great for full time employees who were very self secure. Lot's of benefits for full time employees

Cons

I was barely paid any attention. It was a bit lonely. No benefits for interns Interns not allowed to attend company-wide events.

You make really good friends there Fun office events/ parties Good starting job right out of college in terms of money earned and environment

Cons

No room for growth at all Goals get less and less attainable the better you do Most management was promoted based on tenure, not having management skills Top leadership makes everyone feel expendable and doesn't value employee loyalty
