      Pros

      WeddingWire is a wonderful place to work. The quality of its people is something that you can feel immediately. I go to work with a smile on my face and leave feeling that my talents were used to serve others. I've never worked somewhere as considerate as WW, where managers and coworkers genuinely care about my happiness and well being. There is flexibility when it is called for, and structure when it is needed.The culture at WW is authentic, inclusive and intentional. I'm very happy that I get to work here.

      Cons

      The open floor plan and collaborative nature of the team is awesome, and thedownside is that it can feel distracting and hard to focus sometimes. Consider adding more quiet spaces.

      I love the people here too! Thanks for the feedback. I know, as we continue to grow, we are planning to add more options for work spaces to accommodate different working styles: collaborative, quiet, standing, relaxing, etc.!

      - excellent exec team - coworkers feel like family - truly cares about employees - enjoy coming to work every day - awesome perks, training, and support - supports and encourages a strong work/life balance - opportunity for growth in your role (managers invested in your success/plan to get you there) - possibility of making a lot of money in sales if you're a hard worker and self starter
