      Pros

      There are so many pros, I don't know where to start. The atmosphere in the office is incredible and promotes good work as well as good relationships. The pay and benefits are more than I could ask for. The mission of the company and how well the CEO/management sticks to it is incredible. I love working for WeddingWire.

      Cons

      The only current con is that I would prefer to commute, but the DC metro is too unreliable right now with the repairs, so I am spending a bit more on gas than I'd like, but the company does offer monthly compensation. As soon as the Metro is back to smooth running, I will take advantage of the commuter benefits.

      They provide excellent opportunity for advancement but you'll have to demonstrate good work ethics

      Cons

      I can't think of too many cons with working here. They excel at taking good care of employees

      Pros

      WeddingWire really goes out of its way to make the company a fun, positive place to work. All sorts of perks like unlimited PTO, daily free breakfast, and lots of employee events. There's a strong emphasis on work/life balance and the hours are very reasonable. It's a fantastic place to work!

      Cons

      None that I've encountered--I couldn't be happier there!
