WeddingWire has an atmosphere full of creativity. Everyone is thinking about what can come next. My co-workers are innovative and intelligent and ideas are always welcome. Collaboration is encouraged and vital to everyone's success. Our execs care about the company as well as the employees. I feel very at home with WeddingWire.
Cons
Although open to ideas, it is sometimes hard to make changes and updates to processes that have been in the works for years. There is often an emotional attachment to projects regardless the worth.
