I can't tell you how great it is to come to work here every morning. My teammates encourage me, I feel strongly supported by my managers and have been able to advance quickly to higher positions.

Cons

We do work on monthly goals on the sales team here which can get stressful, but on the flip side, we get out commission monthly so that's a huge plus.

Lots of company events, very flexible vacation policy, highly intelligent & nice coworkers, very friendly & accessible Executive leadership.

Cons

Pretty unprofessional work environment. (lots of drinking, poor meeting attendance, unprofessional language used at times...) It also takes a while for new ideas to be implemented. (there's a lot of red tape)
