      Pros

      Work culture is very open, quick access to senior management Flexibility in many position - output oriented Typical startup perks (food, ping-pong, etc.) It is exciting to see a company grow and have direct impact on the direction things are going Due to the fast pace, you change quickly from being hired to sitting on the other side of a job interview

      Cons

      If you cannot shift gears quickly this might not be the right place (for many, me including, shifting gears is exciting)

      Pros

      Amazing Company culture, great benefits, workplace/time flexibility and fun people! The company always has great social events and charity initiatives. The managers/execs have an open door policy and are always willing to talk.

      Cons

      Rapid growth is taking away from knowing all employees on a personal level, but can be expected as a company grows larger.

      - office is so large there is some division among the different teams, it would be nice if all teams could interact more
