      Pros

      Working at WeddingWire on the sales side throws you into a fast-paced hard-working team right away! You'll gain a ton of confidence and develop your communication skills. You get more individual responsibility and authority in this role than most of your friends will at their entry-level jobs. If you turn out to be great at sales you can advance very quickly here!

      Cons

      Like any sales job it comes down to numbers, if you're not hitting your goals you won't last long. Also you have to be able to adapt to change very quickly!

      -Great base pay and commission structure -The amount of work you put in directly reflects the amount of return you see -Quick promotions based on performance -Performance driven recognition from peers and upper management -Attainable and achievable goals set each month -Transparency between managers and employees when needed -Breakfast catered every day and lunch at least 2x a month -Awesome work environment for all types of employees-- never too stuffy to too laid back

      -Phone sales can get monotonous and boring at times -Rapid growth lends to uneasy employee outlooks of the company -Disconnect between upper management goals and employee goals for the company
