      Executive Team cares about employees and values their input, there are no bad ideas and all employees have a voice, lots of opportunity for job growth, unlimited vacation policy and multiple team building/entertaining events & activities.

      Office is a bit crowded at the moment...but that's only because we're growing!

      WeddingWire goes to extreme lengths to make sure the people they bring on staff are of the highest class and talent. Everyone is passionate about the product we are providing. From a sales perspective, you go into every call knowing you are hands down selling the best product in the industry. The bonuses are amazing and extremely generous. If you work hard, you will reap many, many rewards.

      Structure and rules can change quickly as we adapt to new products and growth.

      Pros

      You get paid for cheating people and taking their money. So if you are into that kind of stuff this is a great place for you to work.

      Cons

      Any vendor that I was forced to signed up complained because no one was getting any bookings. The amount of time I have gotten yelled at for ripping people off is insane. I wouldn't work for this company.
