Pros
A problem I've found at other company's is a strict stranglehold on leadership and direction when it comes to new ideas. This company has been willing and eager to listen to input and ideas. The Culture is unique. For the most part positive. It's on the rise, but hasn't reached the point where management has lost touch with the workers on the front lines.I feel cared for and looked out for. If you speak up, chances are someone will listen. They encourage you to learn and grow professionally. I've been free to develop new skills which has benefited me greatly.
Cons
There can be favoritism. Also, while the culture is unique it can be cliquey. A lot of the people are fresh out of college and carry a "sorority" mindset. You may feel like you're in high school at times.
