Pros

Weebly is the best job I've ever had! Although Weebly is technically my job, it certainly doesn't feel like work. Not only do I love what I do everyday, I love the people I work and the overall environment at Weebly! Everyone here is friendly and helpful!

Cons

One time I went in the kitchen and we were out of chocolate covered pretzels so I had to choose another delicious snack until they were refilled the next day... that was a rough afternoon.

Pros

The culture at Weebly is unlike any other company I have worked for. They don't just preach about treating us like humans, they truly follow through and more than deliver. The benefits, catered lunches, and the fact that coming to work is actually a high light of my day are all reasons to fight to get your foot in the door here.

Cons

It's not a con for me, but you need to be ready to accept change as our start up grows, but personally it is exciting to get to see where we are headed as a company.

Not a place to move up

Pros

It's a fun place to work. The customers rarely yell at you, like at other call centers.

Cons

Now that the two managers have stepped aside and let the Team Leads do the coaching, I feel like I am improving and I've been talked to about possibly moving up. I don't think I would take a lead position. Too many people that were promoted were fired or demoted. From what I've heard, they didn't get any coaching which is similar to what the other reviews here say. Another Team Lead was let go today and we all thought he was doing pretty well. I'll stay a little while longer, but I'm keeping my resume updated, and I definitely don't plan on moving up.
