Entire phone sales team let go for no apparent reason and with no notice

Schedule Flexibility Good direct management (not so great upper management)

Entire sales team (including me) let go for no apparent reason with no notice 2 weeks before the end of the semester leaving us with no way to pay for groceries on our own and nobody will hire you for just two weeks. Very low pay, $9.5 an hour Very low commission as well for the amount of revenue you make the company. Never more than %5

The job is Work from home

Cons

The entire operation. They do not care about customers, their lawns, or their employees!! They just want you to sign ppl up for services just to take their money. 🤮 they train you for 3.5 days then put you on the phones using a script. With grammar errors. I wouldn’t recommend unless desperate or looking for WFH starting off.

Pros

Great stable company, pays well for commissions and upper management.

Cons

Technicians don't just do lawns. Must sell 1 new service per week or fired. It's a marketing company first and a lawn company second so customers are not treated well. Office staff is rude and un helpful. Customers often take out frustration on those servicing the property. Newer products do not work as well as previous ownership.
