This company really does all they can to support and train you in sales. So do the employees. It is the best place to work. Such a family atmosphere even working from home. Such and understanding work place that accommodates life when things happen . Thankyou weedman

Cons

No medical coverage. However if you listen to your coaching and apply you will succeed and it will be no problem

Lack of communication, toxic work environment, you don't just manage a department The owners will have you working multiple sections of the business and use the excuse it's a small business. Also blame you for not knowing things with absolutely zero training on applications and devices
