Usually paid on time, offers really poor benefits including no PTO or paid holidays until a year after hiring

Cons

Coworkers hired and fired within same week, direct supervisor sexual harassing multiple employees, management refuses to solve known issues, will fire you for asking about Covid-19 protocol, makes employees with immune system issues stop working remotely (even with proven track record), zero room for promotion as management would rather hire from outside than promote from within.
