Great for people interested in a career in sales

Lots of opportunities for growth with a proven track record. The environment is surprisingly positive and upbeat for a call center.

Cons

Steep learning curve for people not accustomed to call center environment but the managers are usually very helpful and willing to teach.

Pros

I was looking for something a little different from the typical 9-5 and I found it here. Now, please keep in mind, this office is a tiny little start up- but the management is pretty great. They are very understanding of family issues if they arise and are extremely flexible as long as you are up front.

Cons

The door to door marketing can be a little tedious... and cold. But, flip side is it pays very well.
