It's great to work for a company that values their employees! Love the flexibility of working from home. Even though we work from home, there is a wonderful culture/family environment! Top knotch coaching and training. They believe in you before you believe in yourself! Paid on efforts, and if you have an off day, you still get paid a minimum.

Cons

You need to have some grit and perseverance. Its not an easy job but it also depends on your mindset and if you are coachable! Some customers aren't always friendly, and it can be exhausting some days. This is where good management and coaching comes in! Commission depends on your efforts, so crappy mindset, then this job may not be the job for you. No health benefits.

You get to do from the comfort of your home

Cons

When you start not enough hrs unless you can close right away. No medical or dental. When system goes down your hrs are cut again as your not paid for that even thou you are on standby for when they do work… so you still have to pay for the babysitter etc….
