Pros

Coworkers were fun to talk to, both at work and outside work. Small, family-like atmosphere. Excellent pay. Learning about how fertilization and weed control works on a lawn. Using very intuitive internal software.

Cons

Lack of communication on all levels. Poor training. Mostly on the fly. Little to no support for day to day operations. Upset customers. Disorganization rampant at all levels. Employee benefits are expensive.
