Nice people but could use improvements in management style.

Very nice and caring people, gave time off when needed, sometimes gave decent incentives like gift cards and pot lucks as rewards for reaching sales goals.

Cons

At times can be overbearing, an example last season I had 10 sales on the board with about 3 hours left in the shift, I get called into the board room and was told that I need to have more conversations with people, I was leading the room in sales and they still were not pleased with the way that I was talking on the phone, that really made me mad, and did not really want to give them a good effort but I did and finished the day with 12 sales, I also led the team in that particular file in sales consistently while we worked it during that time period, this happened regularly throughout the season, they would always find a way to complain to me about not saying what they wanted me to say or the way I would disposition the sale in the system, it was never good enough for them even though I was leading the team in sales on a daily basis. Also too many managers over you and no benefits of any kind offered.
