They encouraged employees to be eager thats for sure.

Cons

I was threatened several times by customers because Weed Man would call repeatedly the same household, after having mobile sales knock on their door.

Outside, driving around in the truck, meeting new people.

Cons

Absolutely Zero work life balance, forced to work in severe weather, worked to the 6days a week, asking for reduced hours/time off was met with heavy line of questioning, biased power structure, does not treat employees well or with concern
